Before collection day
Auction sites usually release a vehicle only once it is paid for and the collection has been authorised. Please make sure payment has cleared and you have the release or collection paperwork from the auction.
Send us the lot number, the site address and any collection codes, along with your deadline. If the vehicle has missing wheels, no keys or heavy damage, let us know so we can plan how to load it.
